250cc bike from Eider Motors to be launched this June
Snapshot: Telangana based two wheeler manufacturer came up with a 250cc bike inspired from Benelli and Honda styling
Is that a Benelli TNT? No! So it’s a Honda? No! That is the 250cc offering from Telangana based Eider Motors called as ZF-Kymco. Eider Motors is a small Telangana, India based two wheeler manufacturing company that is slowly evolving and has already setup their 1st dealership at Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra. There are 5 products on display at the manufacturer’s showroom in Chennai ranging from 125cc to 150cc. And Eider Motors is almost ready to launch their 250cc motorcycle this June this year.
We found the styling of ZF-Kymco quite funny; it is a mix of Benelli TNT and Honda’s CBR250R styling. While the front of the bike is fully inspired from Benelli’s TNT range, the tail section looks like Honda CBR250R. The only thing that looks different on this bike is the petal shaped turn indicators. Bike features disc brakes at the front as well as rear, telescopic front shocks, monoshock suspension system at the back and split seats. The Engine is a single cylinder; water-cooled unit and power outputs of this bike are not known at present. While other products from Eider are starting from INR 50,000 for the Leora scooter going up to INR 95,000 for the Dronzer premium 150cc motorcycle (all prices, on-road Chennai) the pricing of this half Honda and Half Benelli is not out yet.
