The MPV segment has struggled so far and has really not seen the kind of success the Indian automotive companies might have anticipated. However, the manufacturers are yet again trying to revamp the market with their new offerings in this segment of the car market. The segment is witnessing tremendous growth and almost every Indian car manufacturer is eyeing for a bigger share of the pie. There are many cars in this segment already – Nissan Evalia, Chevrolet Enjoy, Mahindra Xylo, Tata Aria, Toyota Innova etc. The latest entrant in the MPV segment is Datsun Go+ and can be considered a class apart considering the substantially low price tag that it comes with.
