The Japanese auto maker Honda has officially unveiled its fully faired 2016 CBR400R at the ongoing Tokyo Motor Show. Honda has finally managed to come up with a worthy player that will sit well in between the CBR250R and CBR 650F. The images are enough to explain that the CBR400R looks like a very nicely designed product.

Under the fairing, CBR400R utilizes a 400cc parallel twin DOHC 4-valve motor. Honda has not yet revealed the spec sheet for the 400R and so power and torque output figures are not known at the moment.

In terms of looks, CBR400R sure looks pleasing with its sharp and modern design. The bike looks like a good competitor to Kawasaki’s Ninja 300, Yamaha’s R3 and not to forget the KTM’s RC390 ofcourse, but it’s still uncertain if Honda will be bringing this one to Indian market or not. Honda has made it official that they will be launching the same in the international market very soon.

Yesterday only we reported about the lightweight supersport motorcycle that Honda showcased at the Tokyo Motor Show and now with both of these motorcycles it seems Honda is finally getting serious about the sub 400cc category.
