Tata Kite is the upcoming compact sedan and hatchback from the Indian automotive giant, which is slated to be placed above Tata Nano and replace the Indica brand. Tata recently created a stir in the market by launching Zest and Bolt, which are pithed as the comeback cars for the brand, and rightfully so, they ooze a different personality altogether. Tata Kite is expected to carry the same design and will surely capture a large market share if priced competitively.

Ford is not a new to the Indian markets and held a decent position here with the Endeavour and the Icon. But the game changer was the Figo hatchback, which sold like hot cakes, helping Ford increasing their brand presence and there is no stopping ever since. Ford is now ready with the all new Figo and its sedan version and could name it Ka and Ka+ as they are known in the Brazilian markets. Alternatively, Ford could retain Figo and Figo+ tags

This is easily the most anticipated launch of 2015. Honda Jazz, during its initial years, was not an instant hit and the reason was the pricing. Priced at Rs 7 lakh, customers were skeptical to go for a hatchback, which lead to the Jazz's failure. The car, though, was more spacious than many of the sedans and had a top quality fit and finish. Honda at last, reduced the price to about Rs 5.5 lakh, and all the units were sold hands down, before taking it off the Indian market. Now Honda is ready with the 2015 model and they will not repeat the mistake again of pricing it above Rs 6 lakh, and moreover, the Indian market is matured enough now, as one can get hatchbacks like Mercedes A-class upwards of Rs 25 lakh.
Expected Launch - April

We have to admit it that SUVs are not that anticipated product in the market like India, because of less number of people who are willing to buy an SUV. But the Endeavour from Ford is definitely the most awaited SUV in 2015, as this was the SUV, which every Indian desired of, back in the days when there were limited options. The masculine stance and the powerful engine was enough for anyone to show-off, yet its sales dipped drastically in the absence of any major update. Now Ford has decided to re-phrase the Indian SUV market with this beast.
Expected launch - July
Maruti, the largest car manufacturer in the country launched only a couple of new vehicles this year. But, they are definitely not going to sit hands on hand when other manufacturers are planning big launches next year. Maruti will be launching more new vehicles in the coming year and Maruti YRA is one among them. The premium hatchback from the manufacturer will be placed against Elite i20 and Jazz, and with premium quality interiors and sporty exteriors (as revealed in spy shots), definitely going to catch the breath of the youth.

Mahindra is essentially a Utility vehicle manufacturer with only handful of vehicles in other segments. This is one of the major reasons that hopes are high from the Indian manufacturer to deliver some good SUVs and MUVs coming year, which they promised by launching three new vehicles, one of which is the S101 (codename) compact SUV. Many spy shots have emerged in the past of the vehicle, but none of them is clear enough to understand the design. Coming from the house of Mahindra means that the S101 will be an efficient and reliable car.
Expected launch - October
Not many vehicles can boast of a success as does Toyota Innova does. It gives a quintessential Indian, what he/she needs most, comfort and space at affordable prices. And hence it became the number one choice of the Taxi operators in India. After that, many MPVs have come, but none has been able to rattle the dominance of Inoova. And this is why Renault Lodgy could be an important product. The spy shots indicates that the size of Lodgy is in-line with that if Innova and Renault means comfort too. The only thing left would be the pricing, which we believe will be competitive enough, going by current products of Renault.
Expected launch - January
Our team has recently driven the Datsun Go+ MPV and they are quite happy with the car. The Datsun Go+ MPV is the car that can change the game for the Nissan owned budget brand. Datsun came with a bang in the country, but couldn't catch the hype they generated initially. While there could be X number of reasons, all we need to focus is on the future, which Datsun is doing right now. The talking point and the major advantage for Datsun will be the price. And the reason could be credited to the pricing of the Datsun Go hatchback, which comes at a starting price of Rs 3.20 lakh.
Expected launch - May
Last but not the least in our list is another Maruti, the S-Cross compact SUV/crossover. Based on the SX4 platform, the S-Cross is expected to fill the gap between Swift and Ciaz. It will also be the first product from Maruti in this segment. The spy shots suggests that the car is essentially a Maruti, but with more premium added. The pricing will be competitive too, and hence will be the customer's feedback.
