Snapshot: Triumph’s another “x” bike at the EICMA show, the 2015 Triumph Tiger 800 XCx!!
Triumph’s other “x” bike at the EICMA show, the 2015 Triumph Tiger 800 XCx is like the Tiger 800 XRx, with more features and refinements than the base Tiger 800 XC.
The biggest additions are an adjustable traction control system, three riding modes, adjustable ABS, and cruise control, all as standard on the off-road slanting ADV bike.
No word yet on pricing from Triumph for North America, but we do know that both the Tiger 800 XCx and the Tiger 800 XRx will be coming to the USA.
In total, the 2015 Triumph Tiger 800 XCx adds the following over the base model XC:
• Engine protection bars
• Advanced trip computer
• Road and off-road riding modes
• Three configurable Rider riding mode
• Auto-cancel indicators
• Cruise control
• Centre stand
• Hand guards
• Aluminium sump guard
• Additional auxiliary 12 v power socket
For the Model year 2015, Triumph has taken a way to add premium to all their models, differentiated by an 'x' at the end of the name, these mark a slightly premium version of the standard bikes for the British marquee.
We have already seen, The Triumph Street Triple Rx, the Triumph Tiger 800XRx and now with the Triumph Tiger 800XCx, the 'x' have grown in a complete line up for 2015.
