This diesel engine pairs with a 6-speed manual transmission system to ensure exceptional performance.

On the mileage front, Tata Harrier delivers an excellent performance of 16 kmpl. It comes with three different driving modes, Eco, Sport, and City to derive maximum efficiency depending on where you drive the vehicle.

MG Hector comes with the same 2.0L diesel engine capable of delivering a peak torque of 350Nm and power of 170Bhp. The engine is the same that powers the Jeep Compass. MG Hector is a British brand. Hence, you have a choice between manual and automatic transmission. MG Hector petrol variant comes with a 1.5L petrol engine generating 143 hp of power and 250 Nm of torque.

MG Hector expects to deliver mileage performance of around 12 to 15 kmpl.

As all MG vehicles have stunning exteriors, MG Hector seems to be ready to carry forward this legacy.  

Though Tata Harrier and MG Hector both share an almost identical number of exterior features, Tata Harrier looks a bit more robust here.

Tata Harrier price in India is in the range of INR 12.70 to 16.26 (ex-showroom New Delhi). The Tata Harrier on-road price will be higher.

MG Hector is a reputed British brand. One can say that MG is to Great Britain what Tata is to India. Many MG cars have graced the roads of Britain as well as other countries across the globe. MG Cars have a reputation for being one of the safest to drive because of their excellent safety features.

The MG Hector price in India could range between INR 16 and 18 lakhs. The higher price is because of specific advancements such as automatic transmission, and so on.
