Autoportal Bumper Summer (hereinafter referred as ‘Offer’) is a special offer that can be availed at www.autoportal.com during the period 1st May, 2019 to 31st May, 2019 in India and is applicable on the Buyers purchasing vehicles from Autoportal’s Authorized Dealers. The Offer is applicable on all brands and their variants and at all the locations where Autoportal is in operations. To avail this offer, you must be a citizen of India having attained the age of maturity as per Indian Laws.

A. Definition

For the purpose of this offer the below mentioned words shall have the meanings as ascribed below:

• Authorized Dealer: means various independent entities registered with Autoportal on its Website for sale of Vehicles to Buyers.
• Buyer: means an individual buying the Vehicle from the Authorized Dealer referred through the Website.
• Prizes: means the award(s) that the Buyer/s shall receive subject to participation in this offer. The details of the same have been listed in Table mentioned below.
• Vehicle: means the cars purchased by the Buyers through Authorized Dealer of Autoportal.
• Website: means the www.autoportal.com

B. Eligibility criteria for the Offer:

• Vehicle Booking Period: The bookings for the Vehicles by the Buyer should be completely, to the satisfaction of Autoportal, between the period commencing from 1st May, 2019 to 31st May, 2019 (“Booking Period”). Buyer shall inform the booking receipt number provided by Authorized Dealers on Autoportal’s WhatsApp number- +91-9953350171 before 31st May, 2019. Failing which, Buyer shall not be entitled for any offers by Autoportal; and
• KYC Documents: Buyer shall submit the KYC documents to the Authorized Dealer of Autoportal as has been directed by Autoportal at the time of making the booking. It is only after the submission of KYC documents that the further proceedings shall be commenced. KYC documents shall comprise of photo ID proof, address proof etc.
• Vehicle Delivery: The Buyer should successfully take the delivery of Vehicle so booked during the Booking Period on or before 30th June, 2019. Buyer shall share the invoice issued by Authorized Dealers towards delivery of the Vehicle with Autoportal on its WhatsApp number- +91-9953350171 before 30th June, 2019. Failing which, buyer shall not be entitled to any offers by Autoportal.

Upon fulfillment of all the above-stated criteria shall the Buyer be eligible for the offer made by Autoportal hereunder. Autoportal may at any time request the Buyer to share the necessary documents to evidence the fulfillment of the above.

C. Prize and selection of the winners:

To choose the winners, Autoportal shall conduct a lucky draw from all the Buyers who have fulfilled all the above criteria for offer. The lucky draw shall be conducted, by way of electronic software, at the registered office of Creative Webmedia Private Limited on 22nd July, 2019. Autoportal's decision in the selection of winners shall be binding in all respects and no correspondence will be entertained in this connection under any circumstances, whatsoever.

The Prize Distribution shall take place on 05th August, 2019 at the registered office of Creative Webmedia Private Limited. The Second and Third Prizes shall be hand delivered to the Winners by the representative of Autoportal, on the address provided at the time of making the booking with Authorized Dealers, on or before 05th August, 2019. The details of the Prizes are mentioned in the Table below. Autoportal shall not be held liable for any payments, claims, etc. arising out of or in connection with the awards or prizes other than those mentioned in these terms and conditions for this offer. The first Prize winner shall receive a holiday package to Singapore which shall be valid only at Club Mahindra Resort, Singapore and not elsewhere.

• The first Prize winner is eligible to take a maximum of two members (including the Buyer) for the stay.
• Autoportal reserves its right in the booking of room for the Buyer.
• Buyer must avail the package on the date specified by Autoportal, failing which the package shall stand cancelled.
• Buyer shall intimate in writing his/her acceptance for the package at least (90) ninety days in advance of the date of trip specified by Autoportal.
• The Buyer and his/her companion should have a valid passport with minimum 1 year validity from the date of travel, and Autoportal is not liable for any rejection of Visa.
• The holiday vouchers and any other prizes to be given under this offer shall not be transferable and/or cannot be exchanged for cash. The Prizes shall be given in the 'as is' form as has been mentioned here.
• In case of the First Prize, Autoportal shall contact the winners for seeking details and other relevant documents. However, in cases, the winner(s) does not accept the Prize and/or is unable to provide relevant documents within 15 days from the date of Autoportal making such offer of Prize or seeking documents, if applicable, the winning Buyer shall not be entitled to receive the Prizes.

Autoportal is not responsible for any mishap or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the trip. Any other costs/prices/charges, etc. including but not limited to meals, exchange fees, visas, taxes (including luxury taxes, if applicable), facilities of the resorts, or any other services shall be solely borne by the Buyer or her/his companion. Autoportal shall not be held liable for payment of any such charges. The package will be fulfilled by the tour operator nominated by Autoportal. All terms and conditions of the third party (Tour Operator, Airlines, Hotels, services and Service provider) are applicable and to be abided by the Buyer. Autoportal disclaims any and all claims in connection with or arising out of the facilities, services, etc. offered by Club Mahindra Resort, Singapore or any other entity or person involved or related to providing the services or products which are to be rendered as a part of the Prizes.

D. Disclaimer towards independent transaction with Authorised Dealer:

The Vehicles shall be sold by Autoportal's Authorized Dealers are subject to their terms and conditions applicable for the sale of any particular Vehicle and the date of delivery shall be the sole discretion of the Authorized Dealer. Autoportal has no role and responsibility towards the acts and omissions of the Authorized Dealer. Vehicles prices and availability are subject matter of changes at the discretion of Authorized Dealers. Autoportal shall not be responsible and disclaims all claims arising out of or in connection with transaction between the Buyer and Authorized Dealer, including but not limited to, any changes or fluctuations in the Vehicle prices, performance of the Vehicle, etc.

E. Other Terms and Conditions:

• Binding Agreement: Buyer's participation in this Offer shall constitute a binding legal agreement between the Buyer and Autoportal and shall be considered as a mutually agreed contract between the parties herein and shall be interpreted in accordance with User Agreement of Autoportal. This Offer shall be subject to your compliance with the various terms of service of Autoportal.
• Consent for sharing of confidential information: Buyer hereby renders acceptance for receiving communication from Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited or such other resort on the contact details shared by you.
• Availment and No Clubbing permitted: No other offer can be clubbed on a transaction involving this Super September Jackpot Offer. For one Vehicle booked and purchased through Autoportal, this Offer can be availed once.
• Exclusion: This Offer shall not be available to the residents of the state of Tamil Nadu (in compliance with the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979) and wherever else, the same/similar offer has been prohibited by Law. Residents of all such states shall not participate and/or be eligible to win prizes by virtue of this Offer.

  Additionally, the Offer shall not be availed on Maruti Nexa Vehicles in Delhi/NCR and Chandigarh and Maruti Suzuki Vehicles in Chandigarh.

• Rights and Reservations: Autoportal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Buyer who does not meet the Offer requirements, or in case of reasons including, but not limited to, any misuse of the Offer, or fraud or suspicious transactions/activities. Autoportal may alter or withdraw the Offers at any point of time without any notice.

Autoportal shall not be entitled to entertain any claim after six (6) months from the date of declaration of Prizes i.e., 22nd July, 2019. Autoportal shall make three (3) attempts for delivering the Prizes to winning Buyers. Post which, Autoportal shall be under no obligation to provide the Prizes to winning Buyers.

'You, hereby, declare that you have read, understood and render your expressed and implied compliance and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein when you choose to participate in and avail this Offer.'
