Following are the key differences between both bikes:

Engine
Pulsar RS 200 is powered by 199.5cc Single cylinder, 4 stroke, SOHC 4valve, Liquid cooled, triple spark FI engine which produces maximum power of 24.5 Ps @ 9750 rpm
and maximum torque of 18.6 Nm @ 8000 rpm.
Bajaj Avenger 220 is powered by 219.89cc engine which discharges peak power of 19.03 Ps @ 8400 rpm and torque of 17.5 Nm @ 7000 rpm.

RS 200 : 1999mm×765mm×1114mm, wheel base is 1355mm, ground clearance is 157mm and kerb weight is 165 kg, seat height is 805mm
