Bajaj Pulsar RS400 Overview
Bajaj Pulsar 400 RS may launch in India and it is needless to say that it will be a hit in the market. We have seen the success of the Pulsar 200RS. The Pulsar 400 RS exterior will be based on the RS200 This bike carries a very sporty look and is an ideal choice for the young urban crowd. Packed with a lot of high-end technological features and power-packed performance, this bike is indeed impressive. Bajaj Pulsar 400 RS is huge and has a fairing with many lines and looks quite overdone. The fuel tank is big and has a capacity of about 15 litres. The design of the chassis has been adapted from the model RS200. The engine will be derived from the Dominar 400 with a retune as the Dominar 400 was placed as a tourer. However, the Pulsar is all about the performance and top-end power.
Bajaj Pulsar 400 RS is powered by a power-packed engine resulting in a stunning performance on the roads. It is equipped with a 375cc liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine. The engine may produce around 40 PS of peak power and around 35Nm of torque Though the exact figures of the power have not yet been displayed, being made from the successful brand has held a lot of hopes onto the audience. However, it could be expected that the power could be slightly lower than the 390 Duke. Braking duties will be done by discs in the front and rear. There will be Dual-Channel ABS with Rear Wheel Lift-Off Protection.
The price of Bajaj Pulsar 400 RS is expected to be range between Rs. 1.7 lakh to Rs. 2.10 lakh. Looking forward to this bike, a complete verdict could be made on this only post its grand launch. Once launched the motorcycle will compete against the TVS Apache 310R.
