Advertisement shows price of Bajaj V as Rs. 61,000 but showroom says as Rs. 72,000 why it is so?

It is simple, in advertisement the price if ex-showroom while showroom is quoting on-road price which is inclusive of octroi, entry tax, local levies etc. so it has to be more than the ex-showroom price shown in advertisement.
