How about its mileage and performance? Is it value for money ? Most of the people said Bajaj bikes looks good but are low on maintenance and quality ? Is it true ?

The mileage of Bajaj V is in the range of 40 - 50 Kmpl within the city and 50 - 60 Kmpl on the open highways. The performance of this bike seems to be fine as it is equipped with a robust suspension system - telescopic forks at the front axle and a gas filled twin spring loaded hydraulic at the rear axle, a wheelbase of 1315 mm promoting stability, and a ground clearance of 165 mm enabling smooth drive over slush filled roads. Besides, the bike is fitted with an easy to reach handle bar thereby controls and a well cushioned seat for a relaxed long drive experience. And Bajaj with its well endowed service network spread all over the country, meeting any maintenance woe won’t be a problem. Also, as Bajaj is an established brand name the issue of low performance and frequent maintenance do not arise.
