Hero Splendor Bike Review

This bike has been in business in India for a few decades now. Due to Splendor’s affordability and cosiness, the Indian population has genuinely appreciated Hero’s efforts. This bike was won hearts of many Indian commuters with its series. There are a few variants in India, including the Plus, Pro and Super. Within these variants, you are likely to find the custom two-wheeler commuter as well as the kind that entices the racers. Similarly, the Hero Splendor price ranges within the average price of a motorbike in India. If you have ever seen or ridden a Bajaj Discover 100, you have been on direct competition — it might help you understand what to expect from this bike series from Hero.

The Splendor Deviations in India

After displaying the 2018 model to the public at the end of the year 2017, Hero MotoCorp has now decided to reveal the new model, Super Splendor, in India. New bike launch is specially formulated for youngsters. Having a strong body with vibrant colors, it surely gets the attention of the public. Understandably, each of these models has something different to offer. The Splendor Pro has features of its own while the Hero Super gives you another experience. Offering three different models, you are sure to get your hands on the one suited specifically to your needs. If you are looking for lesser Hero Honda prices, the least priced one is the Splendor Plus. It sells in the market for Rs. 47,930. If cashing in a few extra bucks is not an issue and you are looking for the best of the best, then the new Super is your go-to option! You will get this for Rs. 55,840.

The Splendor is one of the top-rated motorcycles in India. It is owned by almost every other household. All the models, including the new bike, are available in various appearances. So you can go for a 125cc version or if you are more ambitious, go for a cafe racer inspired variant. No matter what you want, this range of bikes has surely got one for each individual’s preference. Moreover, it is not super heavy and has a thrifty engine that makes it highly competitive. It is perfect for those who are in search of a powerful and energy efficient motorcycle.

Updated Features that Come with the Hero Splendor New Bike Launch

The Super bike is now equipped with an innovative three-pod instrument cluster, latest indicators and an updated headlamp cowl. Also added to these amazing features is a stronger seat with more sitting space for your comfort! Perfunctorily, the Super is still motorized by the similar 124.7cc motor. This motor generates 11.4PS of energy at 7500rpm that accounts for 27% more on the average of the usual models of Splendor bikes. Even the torque is claimed to have been updated by 6%, resulting in an amazing speed of 6000rpm. The mileage is indeed an attractive feature of the two-wheeler.

Splendor also claims that the top speed that can be attained is 94kmph — it does not disappoint. What is making all this possible and a biker’s dream come true is the presence of Hero’s i3S technology. This helps to have a better fuel efficiency. Our personal favourite, Super, still has the tubular double cradle frame and the braking is gripped by 130mm drum units at each end. Having worth of Rs. 57,190, the Super is in direct competition with the Bajaj Discover 125, which has a value of Rs. 53,670, and the Honda CB Shine, which stands at Rs. 56,429. With the amazing added features, getting Splendor at road price is nothing less than an amazing deal.
