Which brake type is better for rear wheel between disc and drum for a 150cc bike?
Discs will always provide better stopping, therefore all high performance sports bikes are featured with rear disc brake, drum brakes are used on low power bikes due to the lack of power and bike’s weight in most cases. Generally 150cc bikes are featured with disc brake on front and drum brake on rear wheel as these are sufficient for 150cc bikes because when you apply the brake the front wheel brake has to do more amount of work as compared to the rear wheel brake. As per users experience rear disc brakes in a 150cc bikes are suitable for the people who use ride at high speed and mostly on highways for the extra security purpose.
