Bike variant reviewed for: Honda CB Hornet 160R

Year of Manufacture: 2016 | Driven no. of Kms. : 10
  • Pros: Both Honda Unicorn 160 and Hornet share the same engine and meter console.
  • Cons: 1)Manual start / kicker hits the foot rest. Need to fold the foot rest before using the kicker.
    2) No engine kill switch.
    3) No ABS, which is dangerous if the rider has to brake while cornering.
Reason: Tyre combination - ratio of plastic that is added in the tyre is more. So less friction with the road and chances of skidding is more.
    4) Back rest is stylish but, pavilion will not be confident to have a proper grip. Back rest should be available.

Hope Honda will come up with a better design for Indian riders and roads which are very challenging.
