Hyosung ST7 Overview
Hyosung ST7 is certain to attract you if you are looking for some stylish cruiser and since it is feature-packed, you may also likely end up in buying one! The design is such that it is long in length which makes it look trendy and catchy from any angle you view. The long dual exhaust cover more than 50% of the bike's length and further adds to its masculine look. If we dig a little deep, this bike offers an awesome power delivery with a top speed of 195 kmph and the speedometer goes all the way up to 220 kmph. The short stroke motor used in this bike produces power and torque at relatively higher RPMs than what is seen on normal cruiser motorcycles and this is another point where it gets an edge over them.
Hyosung ST7 Engine & Transmission
This bike is powered by the 4-stroke, DOHC, 8 valve, 90-degree V-twin, Liquid Cooled engine which is all set to unleash its 57.66 BHP of power and 57 Nm of torque. The short stroke motor allows this bike to deliver relatively higher torque and power than competing cruiser motorbikes. The power is transferred to the rear wheel by a belt drive and since the engine is fuel-injected, starting up this model is just a breeze. The 41mm telescopic forks as the front suspension and the hydraulic double shock absorber as the rear suspension offer a seamless ride in the roughest of the terrains.
Hyosung ST7 Mileage
Hyosung ST7 offers an average mileage of 18 kmpl and varies a little bit depending on whether you are driving in the city (17-18 kmpl) or on the highway (20-22 kmpl). Such bikes certainly offer less mileage but the powerful engines provided in them make them worth so much price.
Hyosung ST7 Performance and Handling
300 mm Ventilated Front Discs and 270 mm Rear Drum Discs let you have a full control over the bike even if it is pacing insanely. The Hyosung ST7 reaches 100 kmph in just 6.5 seconds and give it just a few more seconds and it will go past 180 kmph very easily. At such high speeds, its long handlebars and 33-degree rake of the forks promise a very light steering and even its saddle is quite wide which further makes the comfortable and ache-less. In other words, driving this bike is so easy and effortless that you won't even realize that you are actually driving a 700 cc beast. There is nothing at all to complain about its performance and handling as every feature is designed to comfortably excite the rider.
