Indian Motorcycle Scout Bobber Overview
Indian Motorcycles has launched the classic Scout Bobber model in India finally. The Scout Bobber by Indian Motorcycles is basically the same model as that of the standard Scout. However, the latest Scout Bobber receives a sexier, appealing, and a stripped down overall design. The Indian version of Scout Bobber is fascinated with additional features like flat-track handlebar, knobbly tyres, leather seats, chopped fenders, and the entire bike covered in darker shades with blacked out bits of it around, the Scout Bobber is a sight to relish.
Indian Motorcycle Scout Bobber Engine & Transmission
The Scout Bobber motorbike features V-twin, liquid cooled, 60-degree DOHC 1,133 cc engine with 4 valves per cylinder. The engine is capable of churning out an overall power of around 94 BHP at 8000 rpm along with a peak torque of around 97 Nm at 5600 rpm. The engine of the bike has been mated to a 6 speed transmission gearbox.
Indian Motorcycle Scout Bobber Braking & Safety
The gearing, motor, and the overall braking system of the Scout Bobber remains pretty much the same as that in the standard Scout version of the bike. The only difference is that the Indian version of the Scout Bobber has been modified to uplift the rider’s position as well as the suspension for giving the bike a completely different feel. The shocks at the rear end of the bike have been made shorter with one inch less traveling ( 2 inches rather than the 3 inches in the standard version) to make a single inch lower in riding height towards the rear end.

The Bobber is a larger facelift of the standard Scout version by utilizing the same engine and overall frame, and has been geared towards appealing new, naïve riders. The bike also comes with a new saddle and trending luggage options which have been geared up for long-distance travels. In terms of the overall aesthetics, the bike has got slimmer and blacker than its standard version.
