The Commando Sports MKII by Norton is based on the original design of the Commando motorbike by Norton. The bike features conventional forks for ensuring a smooth and highly comfortable riding experience. The bike also offers better aesthetics in comparison to the previous models. The Norton Commando Sports MKII bike is supposed to be featuring iconic styling along with high quality of paint and great attention to detail. The motorbike reflects a perfect blend of modern and the traditional design of the bike. The overall build quality of the bike appears to be good enough with deep, silver paint, rich chrome and an abundance of the polished alloy as well as stainless steel mufflers.
Norton Motorcycles Commando Sports Engine & Transmission
The engine of the Commando Sports MKII bike resembles the original Commando twin model. The only difference is due to the presence of larger cylinders. The engine of the bike is an in-house parallel twin combination coupled with the compression ratio of 10.1:1. The engine is air cooled and is capable of churning out a maximum power of 80 HP (Horse Power) at 6500 rpm. The bike also produced the peak torque of 90 Nm at 5200 rpm. The engine of the bike is mated to a 5-speed transmission gearbox that comes with a wet multi-plate clutch.

The bike comes with a displacement of 961cc. The overall features of the bike are assumed to be the perfect blend of the old and the new.
