Polaris Outlaw is an off roader for desert racing lovers who want to be ahead of time. This bike is built to not only perform well on every track and condition but also commence a new era in the racing bike segment. This robust bike is designed the way so that they can protect the rider as well as perform dynamically.
Polaris Outlaw Engine & Transmission
Polaris Outlaw is powered by a 4 stroke, single cylinder engine with a displacement of 89cc. To perform on rough as well as muddy tracks, this vehicle comes with decent power and lives up to the high expectations of the riders. Its fuel system is carbureted, which blends air and fuel for an internal combustion engine, which ultimately contributes in order to make the engine more efficient and perform the best. In terms of drive train, the drive system it offers is a 2WD that however, limits its performance but it seems enough for this bike. This OHV engine is attached with an automatic PVT transmission and this reduces the mess of changing gears time and again.
Polaris Outlaw Mileage
The fuel-efficiency is an aspect the buyers should not even pay attentionto as Polaris Outlaw is a bike which is built for adventure and it is not justifiable to expect mileage from them.
Polaris Outlaw Performance and Handling
As far as the performance of Polaris Outlaw is concerned, its every nut and bolt is built for high performance in deserts, muddy and broken roads as well as on rocky terrains. The handling of Polaris has been built for the ease of the rider for the most crucial condition. It is equipped with a pair of suspension system with single A-Arm with 5inch (12.7 cm) travel at the front and mono-shock swing arm with 6inch (15.2 cm) travel, which keep it stable every time and offer immense comfort. For safety, Polaris Outlaw not only has a set of a tremendous braking system but also other safety features make it a reliable bike. It has 4 wheel drum at the front and rear for instant braking. A parking brake, which is a lockable hand lever, also assists it to keep it fixed at one place. This vehicle features stamped steel wheels with 19 x 7-8 front and 18 x 9.5-8 duro tires for a better grip on uneven tracks. The overall vehicle size comprises 61.25 x 36.75 x 38.5 (L x W x H) and the good ground clearance it comes with is 10.2 cm. Its seat height is 68.6 cm, fuel capacity is 6.4 L. The cooling system it comes is an air-cooled one. There are dual front running lights; single rear brake light and tail light for the convenience of the rider. These bikes are very popular in the overseas market like US, Australia, Europe and so on. However, they are still struggling to make their way in the market like India. We still choose either a high performance bike or a car, which can add more to the status but never even give a thought to buy such an off-roader. This, to some extent, is pretty natural as we do not see any scope in racing here compared to other countries.
