Suzuki Access 125 Overview
Suzuki Access 125 is a comfortable scooter for the mature audience which focuses more on refinement and ease of use. Its design language is conventional but will age with grace. Its proportions are large with a well-padded seat and easy reach to the ground for riders of most dimensions. Colour options available are subtle and an SE version is also on offer for customers looking for distinction. It does face stiff competition as the scooter in the segment get sharper, but Access 125 is still the no-hassle choice for grown-up mature riders looking for an easy commute every day.
Suzuki Access 125 Engine & Transmission
Its 125cc engine delivers a strong power figure of 8.5bhp which is definitely on the better side. It does not feel underpowered with a rider and a pillion. It stays stable above speeds of 60kmph hence can be surely used for longer times in the saddle on bigger roads as well. Its power will be appreciated by most as it is very linear with tiny vibrations only when pushed hard. The CVT transmission is responsive when ratio changes are required, be it elevation or heavy congestion.
Suzuki Access 125 Mileage
Suzuki Access 125 delivers fuel efficiency number near 45kmpl. This is a lesser number compared to the competition but the performance is commendable from its engine. Progress made by this scooter is rapid which takes some toll on fuel efficiency, but then its performance with two people onboard is impressive enough to overlook lesser mileage.
Suzuki Access 125 Performance and Handling
As evident performance from the 8.5bhp engine is more than satisfying. It is quick and builds up speed in a smooth and refined manner. Suspension sprung is not too soft or too hard, its in the middle with some bias towards stiff. This makes for stable cornering but slightly hard for regular use. Also, rough patches can be felt through the saddle, but good seat cushioning takes up most of the beating.
