Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 Overview
Suzuki has launched their all-new Gixxer SF 250 which is the elder sibling of Gixxer SF 150. The bike gets sharp-looking LED headlamp and taillamp, full front fairing which gives the bike a sporty look. The Gixxer brand has been very successful among the young buyers of the country. Suzuki is targetting the people who want to upgrade from their 150cc motorcycle.
Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 Styling & Comfort
The front of the motorcycle looks aggressive due to the sharp headlights, split seats and the full fairing. The riding position is sporty due to the clip-on handlebars. There is a new blue backlit instrument console to show the information to the rider. The wider tires, the tweaked full fairing and the new exhaust design give the motorcycle a sporty design element.

The suspension duties on the 2019 Gixxer SF 250 are done by telescopic, coil spring, oil damped unit in the front and swing arm type, monoshock unit at the rear. The fairing of the bike helps in improving the aerodynamic efficiency of the bike. The wider tires offer a good grip on the road. The bike feels light and agile and can be used for daily commutes in the city. The bike offers great handling and is quite flick-able in the city traffic.

The Gixxer SF 250 gets an all-new single-cylinder, oil-cooled, 249-cc engine that produces a max power of 26.5 PS at 9,000 rpm and a peak torque of 22.6 Nm at 7,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission and comes with fuel injection. The engine is using Suzuki Oil-Cooling System (SOCS).
