Ultraviolette F77 Overview
Ultraviolette Automotive is the latest company to join the electric motorcycles manufacturers. Ultraviolette has showcased their model named as F77, it is basically a performance-oriented model from the brand. The design of the motorcycle looks aggressive and angular with sharp creases and body lines all over the F77. The seat height of the motorcycle is kept at 800mm which should be accessible to everyone. Ultraviolette F77 specs will offer an electric motor which is air-cooled and produces a max power of 33.5hp @2,250rpm and a peak torque output of a massive 90Nm for a motorcycle that weighs just 158kg. Due to the less weight, the Ultraviolette F77 top speed is 147kmph. Ultraviolette F77 can achieve 60kmph in just 2.9 seconds which is really impressive and the motorcycle will hit a ton in 7.5 seconds. Ultraviolette offers 3 riding modes namely Eco, Sport and Insane. The 4.2kWh battery pack takes 5 hours to recharge the battery while the fast charger will juice up the battery in just 1.5 hours. Ultraviolette F77 range is 130km to 150km according to the company. The manufacturer has worked hard on the battery technology to increase the safety and thermal management which are patented. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes in the front and at the rear while the safety is taken care by dual-channel Anti-lock braking system. The front disc measures 320mm while the rear brake measures 230mm. Ultraviolette is also offering steel-braided brake lines to increase the braking effectivity. The front and rear wheel measures 17-inches and the front tyre measures 110/70 and the rear tyre measures 150/60. Suspension duties are handled by Upside-Down forks in the front for effective feedback from the tyres and a pre-load adjustable monoshock at the rear. The rider gets a TFT instrument cluster which can be connected to the mobile phone of the rider. Ultraviolette will also be offering accessories for the rider like crash guards, portable fast charger, panniers and a visor.
