United Motors Xtreet Overview
United Motorcycles Global, the Miami based motorcycle maker, is about to launch a 180cc bike in Indian named Xtreet. It flaunts some segment first features that make it very exciting. Features such as LED lighting, Blind Spot Mirrors, Digital Dashboard and Anti-Flat Sealant tyres are yet to be seen in any motorcycle in India. It carries an electrifying design and comes packed with the latest technology to offer an impeccable performance. The bike is 2040 mm in length, 110 mm in height and 812 mm in width. It has a wheelbase of 1410 mm and gets a 17-litre fuel tank. It carries a sleek, sculpted and aerodynamic bodywork. UM Global Xtreet would be available in just a single variant which will be 180cc. Globally, it is available in three engine options. This one is a 179.9 cc, four stroke, single cylinder, air cooled engine that emits 15.4 bhp of power at 8500 rpm along with 13.5Nm torque at 6500 rpm. The engine has been combined with a five-speed gearbox.
United Motors Xtreet Performance and Handling
The company has fitted disc brakes at the front and rear of this bike. It has a weight of just 129Kg and is the lightest in the segment. It hosts telescopic suspension at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear to enable a smooth riding experience. The suspension is kept working at optimum levels with the help of new rear shock rocker arm assembly that articulates on five needle bearings instead of bushings. The Keyless Anti-theft system (KAS) is a special feature of this vehicle enables automatic starting and stopping of the engine when the rider is near.
