Vespa Liberty 3V is one of the upcoming products from the iconic premium scooter brand. This scooter was displayed at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo and it grabbed a pretty good attention there. The scooter is expected to launch in the Indian market sometime later this year or in 2019. Upon launch, it would be priced at around Rs. 65,000 (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
The premium scooter comes with a bold design that is visible from the front of it. It gets a large roundish headlamp and the delta-shaped sharp looking turn indicators are positioned in the middle of the front cowl. The scooter boasts a premium looking digital instrument cluster. There is ample space in the footboard area, while the seat ensures the comfortable sitting experience for the rider and the pillion rider as well. There is a prominent grab rail at the back with chrome garnishing. The scooter runs on alloy wheels. It will be available in attractive colour options.
Vespa Liberty 3V Engine & Transmission
The power source for the Vespa Liberty 3V will be a 125 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine coupled with a CVT. This engine is capable of pumping out around 11 bhp of peak power at 7,500 rpm.
Vespa Liberty 3V Braking & Safety
For braking duty, the scooter will get disc brake at the front wheel, while the rear will feature a drum unit. Suspension duty will be done by telescopic front forks and rear monoshock absorber.
