Victory MotorCycles Cross Roads Classic OverviewVictoiry Motorcyles is once again back with its latest offering, Victory MotorCycles Cross Roads Classic. It features the bets and the latest technologies combined with a retro look. The bike was first displayed at the Auto Expo2014 held at Noida. The bike is a classic bagger that promises to offer plenty of comfort and adrenaline. This bike, that debuted as a 2009 model is a part of a lineup of baggers from the company like Cross Roads, 8 Ball, Cross Roads Classic etc. Design: Victory MotorCycles Cross Roads Classic features a good looking dual tone Bronze Mist & Khaki paint scheme, stylish chromed headlights, fat fenders and a generous protective windshield. It certainly brings back the American classic style. It boasts of a pair of functional saddlebags that offer 17.4gallonns of storage. Just like the seats, the saddlebags are trimmed with metal studs that enhance the overall appearance of this bike. Engine: The bike has been built around a 1731cc, 4 stroke, 50 degree, fuel injected, counter-balanced engine that offers a peak torque of 196 ft-lb. The engine has been mated to a 6-speed transmission with wet, multi-plate clutch. It is fuelled by a 22 litre fuel tank that offers you an outstanding range to enable you to enjoy long stretches and rule the streets. . The sixth gear overdrive drops the RPMs and offers a smooth ride. The rear suspension of the bike offers 4.7 inch of travel and its air shock can be very easily adjusted using a hand pump for a consistently smooth ride. Pricing and Competition: Victory MotorCycles Cross Roads Classic will face competition in India from the likes of Harley Bagger Motorcycle and 2014 Indian Chief Vintage Hard Bagger etc. Its price is not yet disclosed by the company and it should hit the Indian market by the end of 2014.
