The powerful compact SUV, Audi Q3, comes equipped with an option of a highly efficient 2.0 Litre diesel engine that belts out 174.33bhp of maximum power at 4200rpm and a peak torque of 380Nm at 2500rpm. The petrol engine of Audi Q3 is a 2.0 litre petrol mill that offers 207bhp of power at 5000-6200rpm and a peak torque of 300Nm at 1800-4900rpm. The engine has been blended with a powerful Quattro permanent all-wheel drive system which works with the help of a hydraulic multi-plate clutch along with a 7-speed S-tronic gearbox.
An amazing thing about the variants of Audi AQ3 is that they have certain features in common, For instance, all the diesel the variants have same automatic 1968 cc engine. However, if you look at the S edition of Q3 then you will find a TDI Diesel Engine with descriptions such as 2.0-litre 138.13bhp 16V TDI Diesel Engine. The displacement is 1968 cc, maximum power is 138.13bhp@4200rpm and maximum torque is 320Nm@1750-2500rpm. It comprises of 4 valve DOHC engine with CRDI fuel supply system. Now if you compare these with the Audi Q3 2.0 TDI Quattro base grade then you will find that everything is same expect the maximum power, which is 174.33bhp@4200rpm, and the maximum torque, which is 380Nm@1750-2500rpm. Now, if you compare the engine specifications of Audi Q3 2.0 TDI Quattro high grade with this then you will find that power is different in this case too. Therefore, Audi Q3 2.0 TDI Quattro high grade has maximum power of 174.33bhp@4200rpm, but same torque as that of Audi Q3 2.0 TDI Quattro base grade. There is practically no difference between Audi Q3 Dynamic with that of Audi Q3 2.0 TDI Quattro high grade if you focus exclusively on their engine specifications. Even noteworthy is that the upcoming variant Audi Q3 Facelift will also have minor or practically no difference with that of Audi Q3 Dynamic and Audi Q3 2.0 TDI Quattro when it comes to the engine specifications exclusively.
Audi Q3 range is powered by a 2.0 Litre TDI and 2.0 litre TDI S Edition engines, the former outputs max power of 174.3 Bhp at 4200 RPM along with 380 Nm of top torque between 1750 Nm to 2500 Nm. The engine is linked to a 7-speed dual cluth S-tronic automaic transmisison. While the S Edition variant of the 2.0 litre diesel motor generates peak power and torque of 138 Bhp at 4200 RPM and 320 Nm at 1750 to 2500 Nm. This engine is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox.
