The BMW X3 present in India, code named F25, is the second car in the Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) fleet offered by the German car manufacturer. It is built on the 3 series platform and is slightly larger than X1. Although the car was first launched back in 2003 with the code name E83 but was replaced by the second generation F25 in 2010. Only the second generation model was introduced in India and is being sold in the Indian Auto Market since last four years and is revised twice.
