Chevrolet Tavera is a Multi utility vehicle which has been trying to fill the void left by Toyota quails from its day one. And by far it has gone quite well in it. This ‘people mover’ is specifically designed for its specific purpose and that too on Indian roads and conditions. The body on frame structure hints at the old age underpinnings but the suspension is optimized well and makes the ride plain, if not cushy. The handling is OK and the stability at higher speeds is pretty confident. Weaker area is the brakes where you have to press all the way down to feel the discs working.

Chevrolet Tavera is not like those MPV who are designed to provide maximum of every field but still this MPV have some characters which makes this car special on road. Chevrolet Tavera comes with decent suspension system which works effectively and efficiently in absorbing shocks and cabin insulation makes shore that minimum engine noise and road noise enters the cabin. Finally the seats are well cushioned with springs with perfect back and thigh support. Overall Chevrolet Tavera comes with decent ride quailty.

The MUV is designed to give the excellent ride to the passengers. It is designed depending upon the road conditions of India where you don’t have to feel the bumps. Suspension of the car works effectively giving you the pleasurable ride and makes sure that the engine makes minimum noise. It is the best for family outings and business trips alike. For me this is a find and it is in my budget.

Chevrolet Tavera multi purpose utility vehicle (MPV) is known for its comfortable and versatile handling of various terrains with agility that adds fun and excitement to long drives and journeys. The drive and ride quality is enhanced by the front suspension built on double wishbone with independent torsion bar spring & anti-roll bar. Whereas the rear is magnified on semi-elliptical leaf spring that settles the versatile stance. The powerful engine delivers adequate power and torque for long lasting comfortable rides.
