Robert (Guest)'s review on Chevrolet Tavera Neo 3-10 STR BS-IV
Year of Manufacture : 2011 | Driven no. of Kms. : 45000
- Pros: Utility at its best, comfortable seatings and effective AC
- Cons: No much technical features
Recently I bought a used Tavera as I got a good offer for the same. It is a eight seater variant. With seating for three persons in second and third row. I frequently use it for long drives covering wide range of areas. Generally covering around 4,000 km in a week long touring. I am quite happy with its spacious and comfortable interiors offering good seating for long time stay inside when travelling in overnight journeys. As I myself drive the car most of the times, I am very much comfortable with its smooth drive and easy to operate gears. In my experience it struggle's a lot when going at high speeds. Especially after speed of 120kmph, would start feeling woobling sensations, a sense of loosing control over stability on road and so on. We should be happy with any speeds of around 100 to 110 kmph or so. Also it lags in technical features and the dashboard and instrument clustre looks dull and just solves the purpose. Thats a drawback of this otherwise a good utility car.
