There are negligible safety features in Datsun Go. If you are expecting safety features such as ABS, airbags and traction control, then you would be hugely disappointed. The car comes with only basic safety feature like ventilated disc brakes in front wheels and drum type brakes in rear wheels, engine immobilizer and seat belts. In addition, it has side and front impact beams, manual central locking, rear-door child safety locks, standard seat belts, driver side power window and powerful halogen headlamps for good visibility. According to me, the car is not safe for highway driving.
Datsun Go is the hatchback from the Japanese automaker Nissan. Most of the hatchbacks do not offer high points in safety and same is the case with the Datsun GO. However, the car has basic safety features like manual central locking, seatbelts at front and rear seat, child lock, engine immobilizer and head lamp levelling. The top variant GO T (o) is featured with driver side airbag also. No other variants offer this feature.
