Datsun Go is available only with petrol engine option at present. Datsun is owned by Nissan and the service network is shared by both the companies, you should not have any issues with getting it serviced.

Currently, Datsun Go is available only with petrol engine option. It comes equipped with 1.2 Liter, 1198cc, In line petrol engine which delivers around 67 bhp of maximum power with 104 Nm of maximum torque. Though, car has petrol engine but it delivers very good mileage, you can easily get around 16 kmpl in city and around 20 kmpl mileage on highways.

There are few rumors spreading about the launch of Datsun Go diesel which will be equipped with the same diesel engine which is currently powering Nissan Micra, but there is no official confirmation from the company. As, Nissan is taking care of the sales and after sales service of Datsun cars, you must not worry about the service of Datsun Go.

Datsun Go cars are available as the petrol engine versions these days. This is car from Nissan, and the service and other support are shared by Nissan and Datsun jointly. So, the service and support are efficient and no issues are involved.

The 1.2 liter petrol engine is what Datsun has. The engine displacement is of 1198cc, and the engine delivers maximum power of 67 bhp, and the maximum torque is 104 Nm. The petrol cars are not known for mileage, but Datsun Go offers good mileage. You can get 16 kmpl in city roads and 20kmpl in the highways.

You can find that Datsun Go is available as the petrol variant car. But, as many are looking to spend little on the fuel, the diesel cars are available from many makers. If you are hearing news that diesel cars from Datsun are on the cards, then they are rumors, and no official confirmation has been released.
