I paid an advance of Rs. 10,000 for the Datsun Redi-Go on 22nd June, 2016 at Pinnacle Kollan, Kerala and was told that my car will be delivered by 2nd of July. However, this did not happen and I was asked to pay the full amount and only after that my car would be delivered. I made the full payment on 5th of July but I still have not got any news about my Datsun Redi-Go S variant. I have contacted Datsun on their toll free number which is +91-9447787301 and spoken to the Datsun official whose name is Mr. Renjith. My booking is done on the name B -Sugathan. Please suggest a way forward.

It would be better if you take the matter up with the senior authorities at the dealer's office and also contact the Datsun customer care directly. Their email address is customercare.datsun@email.nissan.in and their official 24 hour toll free number is 1800-209-3456. Call during the business hours and request the team to connect you to the higher officials.
