Force Gurkha Xtreme ABS Description
Force Gurkha 2.2 is the only variant in the Force Gurkha possess highly reliable performance factors and versatility. The variant boasts of a new 2.2L engine sourced from Mercedes-Benz. Force Gurkha Xtreme exterior features new headlights in a unique design and signature styling radiator grille with Force logo placed at the centre. The side profile highlights the broad doors, fenders and quarter panel with stylish contours and graphic designs, ORVMs in black, cladding on the running board and doors, and long footrest. At the rear, the black finished bumpers, new clear lens tail lamps, high mount stop lamp, and wide opening tailgate with Force Motors badging are present.
The Force Gurkha Xtreme interiors feature new multi-information display instrument cluster and dashboard in a two-tone scheme. The seat matrix is available in seven and nine seat versions with opposite facing seats in the third row, and premium fabric upholstery is used for the seats. The convenience features include lockable glove box, bottle holders in door trims and flexible space in the third row for accommodating the luggage. The comfort features include air conditioning, music system with smartphone integration and four speakers.
The Force Gurkha Xtreme specifications feature a 2149cc four-cylinder diesel engine which produces a max power of 140bhp @ 3800rpm and max torque of 321Nm @ 1600-2400rpm. The transmission system includes a five-speed manual transmission with the drive connected to all wheels.
Force Gurkha Xtreme claims mileage of 18kmpl as per ARAI mileage certification. The mileage factors depend upon final configuration of the vehicle including kerb weight, gross vehicle weight, and driving dynamics. On an average, mileage of 14kmpl is deliverable in the city and up to 17kmpl is achievable on the highways.
The Force Gurkha Xtreme braking system hosts disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear with dual circuit hydraulic vacuum assisted brake system. The strong build quality of the body frame with high strength chassis and dent resistant body panels takes the maximum of the collision impacts keeping the occupants safe. The driver and co-passenger seat belts are provided for the safety of the occupants during emergency braking and stopping from high-speed driving. The performance factors of the Gurkha Xtreme gets enhanced with the new Mercedes-Benz engine which delivers high torques at low RPM.
The power steering system with smooth operating pedals, and comfortable posture of the driver with enhanced visibility assist for better focus on the long drives. The front suspension system with independent coil spring mounted on struts, rear suspension with Multilink with pan hard rod and coil springs with gas-charged hydraulic shock absorber absorbs the maximum thereby keeping the occupants at comfort.
