    Many Ford vehicles have the powerful 1.0L Ecoboost engine. On launching Ford EcoSport, Ford has discontinued its 1.0L engine and replaced it with a 1.5L engine. This BS IV-compliant engine is a naturally aspirated engine capable of delivering higher power. The petrol variant delivers a torque of 150 Nm @4500 rpm and provides enough power of 123 Ps @6500 rpm. However, one model, 1.0L Ecoboost Ti VCT Titanium S comes with a 999cc engine.
    The diesel engine is more potent than its petrol counterpart is, as it delivers a power of 99 Bhp @3750 rpm and has a torque of 205 Nm @1750 rpm. Ford EcoSport runs on a front wheel drive with a 5-speed manual transmission system. Some of the top-end variants come with 6-speed manual transmission as well.
