Year of Manufacture : 2015 | Driven no. of Kms. : 10500
- Pros: Took it because of the compact SUV looks and mileage claim of 20km. But in reality gave less than 10 (8 to be specific) right from day 1 and the clutch started giving trouble within a year.
- Cons: Clutch suddenly stopped working in the middle of the road and vehicle stopped. Got my car towed to serivce center and my vehicle has been with them for more than 15 days now. They claim the clutch wheel has failed, gears got spoiled and gave a bill of 55000 (I have driven multiple cars for 15 years now and no major complaint in my previous cars). This car within a year of purchase started giving troubles. The ads claim the maintenance is low (3300 RS even for 5th year) but its not.
The vehicle is in Ford service center for more than 15 days, they claimed to replace the clutch parts thrice and none of them worked. Driven more than 3 cars in last 15 years - never had one major issue (all maruti suzuki brands). First Ford car - and a very bad experience. Buy Ford only if you are willing to spend heavy amounts on its maintenance (a min of 50000 per year on maintenance)
