Has Ford made any compromise with the quality and feature of Aspire, after price reduction?
By: Manoj on 1 november 2016
Ford company has reduced the price of Aspire to attract more customers and maintain its competitiveness. The price reduction hasn't resulted in any features being removed and nor there is any compromise with quality.
As per media report the Aspire benefitted from the massive order backlog of Baleno, which has gone up to 6 months and due to long waiting period of Baleno, the Aspire with a price-cut immediately struck a chord with potential customers. It is possible that Ford India has given up some of its margin in favour of a lower-price and the company might expect that along with lower-prices, after-sales service initiatives such as Ford Service Price Promise will not only boost sales but also help increase the trust factor for customers.
