How to maintain Ford Figo for long term use?
By: Hari on 23 july 2014
When Ford entered the Indian roads with Ikon, the customers came in huge numbers but they also recognized shortly that the car is unmaintainable. It was too expensive to own that car. It needed so much of maintenance that it wasn't seen on roads after some time. But with the new Figo, the company has changed its image entirely. Now ford cars are one of the least maintenance needing cars. If you properly take care of the basic things like oil, clutch plate, gearbox and brakes, Figo just denies to retire. The car is very easy to own and will be there for all the long drives and short commutes you take.

Maintenance of Ford Figo is similar to many other cars of the segment. The high quality of Ford vehicles assures you a great ownership of the vehicle. You can expect very good performance of vehicle for more than one lakh km of usage. It would be possible provided minimum maintenance as per schedules is carried out. A visit to service center after driving for long tours onverying road conditions would help to know the faults that could pop up in future. Replacement/repair of particular part would assure trouble free usage later on.
