I booked a Ford Figo last week but the car hasn't been delivered till yet. I was told that the car will be delivered soon but now the dealer is asking for another week. What should I do?

The general waiting period for any vehicle these days is about 3 months. The delivery period varies depending upon your city, the variant required and also the colour of the vehicle that you ask for. Sometimes the vehicle is readily available with the dealer and one gets immediate delivery, but in most of the cases due to the choice of color or particular variant etc. the delay of a week to 2 weeks is considered to be a normal situation. You should talk to your dealer patiently and ask whether the delay is because of the particular color that you want your Figo in or is it due to another reason. If it is due to the color then maybe you can choose the Figo which is readily available or if it is the variant that is unavailable with the dealer then the case can be dealt according to that. However, all said and done a wait for 2 weeks or so is absolutely normal but yes, your dealer should be very clear about how much it would take and what is causing the delay.
