Why my Ford Figo doesn’t accelerate properly when I shift gear to third and release the clutch?

There may be many possible reasons of a car not accelerating properly, the most common reason is clutch might not be properly engaging the gearbox with the engine due to mechanical fault. A bad spark plug can create this type of issue. A fault timing belt can cause poor acceleration. A dirty fuel filter can make acceleration sluggish by preventing proper fuel supply to engine etc., so we cannot say anything for sure without examine your car so, you are advised to take your car to your local Ford service center for proper solution.
