"Both Figo (petrol) and Grand i10 (petrol) are powered by 1.2 liter engines and delivers almost same power & torque output. The claimed mileage of Figo (petrol) is 18.1 kmpl while of Grand i10 is 19.7 kmpl. Dimensionally Figo is lengthier than i10 that translates to better amount of rear seat leg space. In my opinion Figo Trend gets a better suspension set up and offers a pliant ride quality compared to the softly sprung suspension setup of Grand i10. On the safety front Figo 1.2 Trend comes with ABS and EBD while i10 Magna misses out on these features. Figo offers 2 airbags (for driver and co-driver) while i10 Magna offers only for driver, moreover Figo 1.2 Trend offers some extra features over i10 Magna like keyless central locking, speed sensing door lock, tilt steering adjustment, headlight key-off and ignition key off reminder, adjustable headrests for front seats, turn indicators on ORVMs, follow me headlamp, music system, steering mounted controls etc. Talking about after sales, Hyundai is known for low maintenance cost, but Ford India has also done really well in keeping costs under control of periodical maintenance and company is also offering prepaid maintenance packages and Ford pocket service. In my opinion Ford Figo 1.2 Trend would be a better choice here and it is also a better value for money."
