Excellent Product BUT Third class customer approach and service by workshops

The service staff of the dealership is so third class that they make this excellent product not worth it The service advisors have no courtsey on phone and the Workshop managers are too big people that they can never interact with the customer even on phone . You keep on sending the car for the same problem, it never gets solved but the car comes with something new everytime Probably the workshops are so loaded with the no of cars for service that they hardly care for the customers who even after 5 years want to come to authorised workshops . I feel it is better to find a non franchised workshop then an authorized FORD workshops simply because they dont have time to even listen
