The first two services for Honda Amaze are free and the first is done within a month or after 1000kms, whichever is first. After that, the second service is done at 3 months or 5000kms, whichever is first. Post these two, the services are done after every 10,000kms or 6 months (whichever is earlier).
The service cost for a Honda Amaze diesel usually breaks up such that the normal engine oil change costs Rs. 2,250, oil filter costs Rs. 400, air filter costs Rs. 350, Fuel filter costs Rs. 1,400 and service costs vary between zero to Rs. 1,570. Thus, in total, for around five years, the cost of your service should come to around a total of Rs. 51,830 for Honda diesel whereas for petrol it should be around Rs. 32,238 as the normal engine oil costs Rs. 1,181, oil filter costs Rs. 153, Fuel filter costs Rs. 800, air filter costs Rs. 482 while the spark plug costs Rs. 1,200 and the service charges on an average are Rs. 1.360.
Please remember that these are approximate costs and do not include any extra labour costs. For more details and exact costs, you should refer to the manual in your car and also speak to the authorised service station.
