Is the average fuel consumption displayed in the information display of Honda Brio correct?

The average fuel consumption display of cars doesn’t actually come from the tank float; it is based on how much fuel is actually injected into each cylinder during each cycle of the engine. There is definitely going to be inaccuracies in the actual mileage and displayed average mileage but not too much, in my opinion the average displayed mileage is 92-93% correct, though there is slight difference in the calculation but for all intents and purposes it is accurate enough.
