The spare wheel of my Honda City has a different wheel disc than the other four tyres. In my opinion they should be the same.

Please clarify which variant of Honda City are you using because if you're using the V variant or above then you get four alloy wheels and the spare wheel is a regular steel wheel thus, the difference. This is a common scenario as these modestly priced sedans are offered with only four alloys while the fifth is a steel wheel in most cases. Also, in other cases where all are steel wheels then the spare wheel is given a different color so that it can be identified easily.
