Both variants are powered by same engines, the only difference between them is, being a higher variant City VX comes with some extra features over City V like: telescopic steering, leather seat upholstery, electrically adjustable sunroof, LED headlamps, alloy wheels and bigger16-inch tyres opposed to 15-inch on V variant. The price of City VX variant is around Rs. 1.35 – 1.4 lakhs more than City V.

Talking about sunroof, so it is useful if you live at a place where the temperature is 20-30 degree C or if you mostly drive in the early evening or late evening. But in most of the locations in India sunroof is not useful as it is often too hot, too cold or too windy to drive with the roof down and as a result the people eventually stops using it.

In my opinion, the only drawback of Honda V is that its rear seat has limited legroom and headroom for tall passengers due to its sloping roof.
