Honda Jazz V Diesel Description
Honda Jazz V is slotted a notch above the S trim in the hatchback’s diesel range. It houses Honda’s 1.5-litre, i-DTEC diesel engine tuned to put out 99bhp and comes paired to a manual gearbox. The V grade gets a bunch of additional features over the S grade, including 15-inch alloy wheels, front fog lamps, premium beige interiors, automatic climate control, 5.0-inch touchscreen audio system with reverse camera display and several others. Packed with additional features, the Honda Jazz V price is around Rs. 85,000 more than the S trim.
Honda Jazz V Diesel ExteriorHonda has not made any design and styling changes to the new Jazz, which means it looks exactly same as the pre-facelift version. At the front, it gets sleek headlamps and premium LED rear tail lamps at the back. Other elements such as the signature rear LED wing lights, front fog lamps, rear wiper and washer, alloy wheels, integrated turn indicators on ORVMs, chrome door handles and black sash tape are some of the additional bits that come with the V trim.
Honda Jazz V Diesel InteriorThe V trim is layered with a 5.0-inch touchscreen audio system with CD player, and AUX-in, AM/FM radio, MP3 and iPod connectivity. There is one USB port and Bluetooth controls for audio streaming, and handsfree telephone support at the steering. Comfort features such as push button start, Honda smart key, cruise control, automatic AC and a map light are also featured. The paddle shift is restricted to the petrol V trim, which gets an auto box.
Honda Jazz V Diesel Engine & TransmissionThe Honda Jazz V diesel is equipped with Honda’s 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engine, which powers most of its diesel-powered models. In terms of output, the 1.5-litre i-DTEC oil burner puts out maximum power of 99bhp against peak torque of 110Nm. Transmission duties are handled by the conventional 5-speed manual unit.
