Honda Jazz VX Diesel Description
Honda Jazz VX is slotted at the top of the new Jazz range. The diesel-powered Jazz VX draws power from the 1.5-litre, i-DTEC diesel engine supported by a manual gearbox. Compared to the V grade, the VX trim packs additional extended LED tail-lmaps, electrically-adjustable and folding outside rear view mirrors with indicators, and a large 7.0-inch touchscreen system with navigation, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Layered with the aforementioned additional goodies, the Honda Jazz VX price tops at Rs. 45,000 more than the V trim.
Honda Jazz VX Diesel ExteriorHonda has not made any design and styling changes to the new Jazz, which means it looks exactly same as the pre-facelift version. It gets sleek headlamps at the front and premium LED rear tail lamps at the back. Other elements such as the signature rear LED wing lights, front fog lamps, rear wiper and washer, alloy wheels, integrated turn indicators on ORVMs, chrome door handles, and black sash tape are some of the additional bits that come with the V trim.
Honda Jazz VX Diesel InteriorThe V trim is layered with a 5.0-inch touchscreen audio system with CD player, and AUX-in, AM/FM radio, MP3 and iPod connectivity. There is one USB port and Bluetooth controls for audio streaming and handsfree telephone support. It additionally gets a steering-mounted handsfree telephone controls. Comfort features such as push button start, Honda smart key, cruise control, automatic AC and a map light are also featured. The paddle shift is restricted to the petrol V trim, which gets an auto box.
Honda Jazz VX Diesel Engine & TransmissionAt the heart of the Honda Jazz VX diesel is Honda’s 99bhp, 110Nm 1.5-litre i-DTEC engine, which is used in most of the diesel versions of current Honda cars. In terms of output, the 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel unit emanates the top power of 99bhp along with the maximum torque of 110Nm. It gets the conventional 5-speed manual unit.
