|Hyundai Elantra is a new defination of style statement from Hyundai as this car have so many cosmetic features in both interior and exterior profile. According to me if a person buys a car which costs more then ten lacs then customer would obviously expect the high class comfort which comes from soft and comfortable seats and soft suspension. Hyundai Elantra is blessed with Mcpherson strut Type with coil spring for the front wheel and rear wheel of Hyundai Elantra is blessed with Coupled Torsion Beam Axle to complete the suspension system. This type of suspension system configuration is enough to provide soft suspension which helps in absorbing almost every shock of small pitholes, but user should keep in mind that soft suspension lowers the confidence of driver at high speeds which is not good as driver does not get proper feedback when he is giving commands especially taking turns at high speeds.|
Hyundai Elantra is the premium sedan from Hyundai. This sedan is simply giving straight tough completion to all the entry level sedans because it provides all the top notch features which other brands also provides like BMW X1 and Audi A3 but here is a twist that this all premium features comes with relatively low cost. Hyundai Elantra is not a fun loving car to drive because this sedan is designed for sitting on back seat and enjoy. To enhance the driving pleasure on Indian road conditions the engineers from Hyundai have installed McPherson strut Type with coil spring for the front wheel and Coupled Torsion Beam Axle for the rear wheel with some mountings to complete the suspension system. According to me Hyundai Elantra is the perfect competitor to entry level sedan as this sedan is very much reasonable where best in class suspension system provides best driving experience even on the bumpy roads of India.
The Hyundai Elantra is a premium luxury sedan from Hyundai and the suspension for such a car is upto the mark. At the front its axle is fitted with McPherson strut along with coil spring which can get the tyres over many potholes and bumps with ease and does not let the passengers feel a thing. At the rear the axle is paired to coupled torsion beam type of suspension which provides a smooth and stable ride.
A suspension is system of springs, soccer, and joints etc that connect the vehicle to its wheel. It helps to absorb the shocks of the bumps on the road and keep the vehicle in constant contact with the road and hence helps to improve the traction and control of the vehicle. Hyundai Elantra’s suspensions are very efficient and provide a very good control and ride quality. The combination of 16 inch alloy wheels and the suspension used is very fantastic.
Hyundai Elantra uses McPherson Strut Type of car suspension with the front wheels and with the rear wheels the Korean maker uses a Coupled Torsion Beam Axle type of car suspension. The McPherson Strut Type of car suspension offers great ride quality and handling whereas the Coupled Torsion Beam Axle type of car suspension is very durable and light weight. These two suspensions are very commonly used in entry level luxury cars like BMW 1 series and Audi Q3.
