I am experiencing some vibrations in my Hyundai Eon on acceleration, is there any difference between engines of Hyundai Eon’s Magna and Era variants?

No, there is no difference between engines of Hyundai Eon Magna and Era variants, both are powered by same 3 cylinder, 814cc SOHC engine. Engine vibration does creep inside the cabin due to the 3 cylinder engine but it is not too much, Hyundai has incorporated a counter balancer to keep the vibrations at minimum. This 3 cylinder motor delivers reasonable performance but gets too loud at higher revs.
