- Cons: Hyundai is an arrogant company that is surviving just because of the huge market share and cost advantage. Their customer relationship is pathetic. They hardly bother to connect to their customer leaving it to the dealer. Reminds us of Hindustan Motors and Premier days. With competition coming in and aspiration levels going up I am a frustrated customer who booked a Grand i10 AT and cancelled it out of frustration. Yet to get back my booking amount fully
I booked Grand I 10 AT model at V3 Automotives p ltd at Chennai on 5.3.2014. at the time booking, order form clearly states that order is not valid for cash payment. this i clarified with the company rep. he states that if he collect through cash then company have to refund fully which will be advantage to customer. on based on this i paid Rs.5,000. cash. on field information AT module is not giving even 8 KM MILAGE per liter.in city. so i cancelled the order and asked for refund. till date even approach M/s Hyundai company also no response for my amount.
