After a drive in my Hyundai i10, I noticed water dripping from underneath it. What is the possible reason? I have the air-conditioning on during the drive.

Usually there shouldn’t be any water leaking from your car, however if it was one odd incidence then there is nothing to worry, however if it is a continuing phenomenon then you might to get it repaired. There might be a leakage or dirt accumulated in the air filters or in the drain pipe. It can also be because of a broken condensate plate, improper installation or low refrigerant level.
